Little Joe y La Familia, the Tejano group with over 60 years of performing history, are set to take the stage at the Pipa Event Center at Quechan Casino Resort on Friday, April 7. The proceeds of the concert will be benefiting Yuma veterans through the Right Turn for Yuma Veterans organization. Right Turn for Yuma Veterans was established to help reduce the homeless veteran population in Yuma County.  The non-profit agency offers long-term, transitional housing in a group home setting for up to six male veterans who are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless. Right Turn for Yuma Veterans provides veterans with not just a roof over their head, but the support system necessary to live independently within the community.

Since their debut, Little Joe Y La Familia have captivated audiences with their music that blends Tex-Mex, blues, country and rock-and-roll styles. Their music has transcended borders and made Little Joe Y La Familia one of the most popular Tex-Mex bands in the music industry.

With five Grammy wins and eleven nominations in the Mexican American / Tejano category and Regional Mexican category, Little Joe Y La Familia have established themselves as mainstays in the genre. Additionally, the group has received multiple Texas State Musician of the Year for 2019 as well as the NARAS Board of Governors Award for artistic excellence.With 70 albums under his belt, leader Little Joe and his band, La Familia, are bringing their critically acclaimed and barrier-breaking music to The Q.
